SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT NOTICE

By proceeding with a purchase for one of our lesson packages, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
To be eligible to use Prince Equestrian’s online services to book appointments, purchase memberships, or open an account, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.

2. All Sales Are Final
At Prince Equestrian Sports, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. Unused lessons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or gifted to other students. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
3. Renewal Process:
You are enrolling in a subscription service with Prince Equestrian Sports. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each lesson package unless canceled as outlined below.
4. Billing and Payment:
Your payment method on file will be automatically charged for your current plan selection on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually, etc.).
Failure to update payment information or settle due amounts may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.
5. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made 30 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us directly at kprince@princeequestrian.com.
6. Agreement to Terms:
By completing your subscription purchase, you agree to be bound by Prince Equestrian's [Booking Policy] and [Privacy Policy].
7. Changes to Subscription Terms:
Prince Equestrian reserves the right to modify subscription terms or pricing with 30 days’ notice to subscribers.
